PACE President: the Death Toll in Donbass has Increased
Anne Brasseur, the head of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) declared that the death toll and the number of displaced people in Donbass has increased, Sputnik News reports.
She also referred to the worsening situation with the human rights in eastern Ukraine. Referring to the reforms by the Ukrainian government to improve the situation, Brasseur said: "This morning we were informed by the Ukrainian delegation that the Ukrainian parliament is going to adopt amendments to the constitution before the summer period," but added that the process of reforms goes very slowly.
