Russia to Send 31st Humanitarian Aid Convoy to Donetsk and Luhansk
On Wednesday Russia’s Emergencies Ministry spokesman announced that the Ministry is ready to send the 31st humanitarian aid convoy to Donetsk and Luhansk, Tass reports.
''The convoy will soon deliver to the Luhansk and Donetsk regions foodstuffs, medicines, essential supplies and other items required for the residents of Donbas," the spokesman said.
