Kiev Court Decided to Arrest the Russian Defense Minister

The Pechersky district court in Kiev has issued an arrest warrant for Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
"The warrant expires on February 26, 2017 or from the moment of the suspect’s arrival," the court said, TASS reports.
On August 8, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine opened criminal cases against 18 Russian top officials, accusing them of crimes against Ukraine’s national security.
