Vernissage of Handmade Works Founded in Artsakh
"Artsakh Art Forum Foundation" presents new social business – the first Vernissage in Stepanakert, where one can find many applied items and beautiful souvenirs made by Artsakh handicraft masters from thread, clay and wood, spokesperson of Artsakh Prime Minister informs on his Facebook page.
The vernissage project was launched on July 1st and it aims at promoting handicraft art in Artsakh, to create new working places in Stepanakert and regions, as well as to introduce Artsakh art through presentations and sales of the works.
The foundation pursues no private profit, just providing the Artsakh artisans with a platform of self-realization and sales and, if needed, also providing training opportunities.
Besides selling handicraft works of local artisans, pottery and handicraft master classes are organized every week for those who want, including locals and tourists.
