Israel President Invites Abu Dhabi Crown Prince to Jerusalem

Israeli President Reuven Rivlin has extended an invitation to UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to visit Jerusalem, hours after the announcement that the two countries were establishing full diplomatic ties, AlJazeera reports.
"I invite the crown prince to visit Jerusalem," he wrote on Twitter, adding a greeting in Arabic.
Rivlin, whose post is ceremonial, said the agreement was "an important and strategic milestone" that could jump-start agreements with other countries in the region.
