After July Developments, Azerbaijan Confessed Its Inability to Solve the Issue of Own Security and Applied to Mercenaries: Armenia's PM

It is necessary to fix that Azerbaijan having 10 million population and huge oil-incomes confessed itself after July 2020 that it is not able to solve its security issues with own forces and applied for the help of thousands of mercenaries, Armenia’s Prime Minister wrote on Facebook, stressing that the Armenian side has comprehensive evidences of it.
“The engagement of mercenaries and terrorists in the aggression against Artsakh is a threat not only for Artsakh and Armenia but international security and this issue must become a subject for international investigation,” Armenia’s PM noted.
