Vladimir Putin Sends Congratulatory Message to Nikol Pashinyan
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin send a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia. The message particularly states,
“Dear Nikol Vovaevich,
Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the proclamation of the independence of the Republic of Armenia.
Russian-Armenian relations are of a friendly, allied nature. Our states have established close cooperation in various fields, constructive partnership within the framework of the EEU, the CSTO, and the CIS. I am confident that by joint efforts we will continue to strengthen bilateral partnerships in all areas.
Today Armenia has to face serious challenges. We presume that the consistent implementation of the November and January trilateral agreements at the highest level will ensure the peaceful, prosperous development of your country and the entire Transcaucasian region.
