Edward Nalbandyan: Azerbaijan has a Unique Perception of Humanism

"The crimes carried out by the Azerbaijani saboteurs convicted by the Republic of Nagorno- Karabakh are revealed, documented and proved, including the kidnapping and murder of 17-year-old boy," – declared the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan in an answer to the question of PM from the Armenian Revolutionary Federatoion- Dashnaktsutyun, Armen Rustamyan. Minister Nalbandyan also mentioned that it is well known to the international community how Azerbaijan can declare a murderer a hero, as it was the case with Safarov.  

Speaking about the return of the Azerbaijani saboteurs to Azerbaijan, which Azerbaijan say will be a sign of humanism, Nalbandyan stressed that Azerbaijan itself is acting outside that aspect. "What kind of humanism can we speak about in case of Azerbaijan. How many Armenians who appeared in Azerbaijan were humiliated, and then killed? Was it an expression of humanism when Baku refused the calls of Minsk Group, OSCE and the Red Cross to create conditions for evacuating the remains of the crew of the Armenian helicopter that was shot down?" – Nalbandyan said. According to the Minister all these shows that Azerbaijan has a unique perception of humanism
