The Meeting of NKR and Belgium Parliamentarians

Today the NKR parliament held a meeting of parliamentarians of the NKR and Belgium, the press service of the legislative department of Artsakh informs. Welcoming the guests the NA Speaker Ashot Ghulyan noted that the NKR appreciates relations and contacts with the parliaments of countries that have exemplary value system. He also stressed that such contacts in terms of democratic development is of vital necessity for the parliament of the unrecognized country.

The head of the parliamentary delegation of the Belgium, Julie de Groot noted the importance of their arrival in Artsakh - in the context of getting full information about what is happening in the region and discussing possible ways of collaboration with colleagues from Artsakh.

The sides exchanged views on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, on the current stage of the negotiation process, on the democratic processes in the country, etc.
