The EU Confirmed the Mandate for Starting Negotiations with Armenia
The EU has confirmed the mandate for starting negotiations with Armenia. The RA MFA spokesperson Tigran Balayan wrote this on his Twitter page.
"EU Foreign Affairs council authorized EU Commission to launch negotiations with Armenia on new legal base."
