Head of the European Parliament: We Must Respect Trump

The European Parliament President Martin Schulz stated that it will be more difficult for the EU to work with the US, now if Trump has become the next President, Politico reports.
"It will be difficult, it will be harder than the previous administration but it is a democratically elected president. We will work with him as with all other presidents."
"We must respect the future president of the U.S. Let’s hope that he also respects the fundamental values of our sovereign nations."
