Shavarsh Kocharyan: The Solution Of The Karabakh Issue Is Mainly On Battlefield
The solution of the issue is mainly on battlefield, Armenia’s deputy foreign minister Shavarsh Kocharyan told the reporters today, Aysor.am reports.
"This is the truth which must be obvious for all of us," he said.
The deputy minister stressed that all feel that a breakthrough is coming and everything will essentially change.
"To tie hopes that the other will fight for you for your land, is destructive for those who think so. We must first of all keep our land, another thing is that we must seek to get as much support as possible," Kocharyan said.
He added that the created situation cannot but bother Armenia’s neighbors.
"It cannot but bother Iran, the fact that the terrorists appeared near Iran’s border is obvious and they are concerned with it, they openly speak about it and are forced to undertake corresponding measures," the deputy FM said.
He said Russia feels the danger too.
"A situation has been created that worries many states with which we have in-depth relations," he said.
