Capital Stepanakert is Recently Shelled, 1 Wounded Among Civilian Population
The situation in the settlements across Artsakh remained stable if tense throughout the day.
The situation in Stepanakert was remained calm until 18:30, the Artsakh State Service for Emergency Situations reported.
The city was shelled a little while ago. There is one wounded civilian.
Emergency Service rescuers provided first aid to the wounded and took him to a medical centre. His injuries are not life threatening.
In Martakert, the airraid siren sounded twice a day. The Azeri airforce attempted to strafe the city.
The situation in Martuni was restless again. Azeri artillery struck more civilian infrastructure.
The Askeran, Kashatagh and Shahumyan regions, by contrast, have remained relatively calm.
