Armenia Petitions to ECHR to Ensure Right to Life of 10 Missing Civilians
A new interim measure request has been submitted to the ECHR against Azerbaijan to prevent its inhuman and degrading treatment as well as irreparable harm to the lives of 10 civilians who were captured on their way from Goris, Armenia, to Shushi, Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)].
