Starbucks Appologized for Upsetting Armenians
Starbucks appologized for the posters which depicted women wearing Armenian traditional costumes under the Turkish flag, Asbarez reports. The posters appeared several days ago. This insulted thousands of Armenians and they started a social-media campaign, with #BoycottStarbucks message. The posters are already being removed.
In a talk with Asbarez, Starbucks spokesperson said: "We missed the mark here and we apologize for upsetting our customers and the community. We have removed this art in our Mulholland & Calabasas store in Woodland Hills and are working to make this right."
