Tigran Balayan: It is Premature to Speak About the Peace Agreement
It is premature to speak about the peace agreement, before that the settlement principles should be signed. The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman Tigran Balayan said in a talk with "Armedia" IAA commenting on the announcement of the Foreign Minister of Belarus.
"Our views on working out a peace agreement are known, they have not changed. It is premature to speak about this, because first of all the principles should be agreed," – Tigran Balayan said. He added that talks are going on in their normal way and that the MFA will inform about a meeting on any level beforehand.
As "Armedia" has already informed the Foreign Minister of Belarus during a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs declared that Belarus is ready to host talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict for working out a comprehensive peace agreement.
