RA NA Speaker: Adoption of New Constitution is not a Matter of Life and Death
Adoption of Constitutional changes is not a matter of life and death, it refers to all. If it is adopted – good, if not – life will not end with that. The Speaker of the RA NA Galust Sahakyan told reporters, Tert.am writes.
"Nothing will happen. This is not a question of persons, it is about management model – passing from one to another. Then how can it be toppled? We say that this is an opportunity," he said.
Referring to the passiveness of the Republican party during the campaign, the NA speaker said: "I do not think that this was the party's burden, this is the burden of those political forces that have worked for this model. The Republican Party just joined the process. So I do not think that this is a matter of life and death that people say "no to the regime", "death to the regime".
