NKR: Situation on Frontline

On February 11, and on the night of February 12 on NKR-Azerbaijani border increase in the level of tension was recorded, the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense reports.
According to information, during this period the Azerbaijani Armed Forces with small arms of various calibers - 60-millimeter mortars, grenade type RPG-7, AGS-17, SPG-9 and GP -25 fired over 4,500 shots in the direction of Armenian positions.
It is also noted that the frontline units of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, to suppress the activity of opponent's offensive, took punitive measures, continuing with confidence to carry on combat duty.
