Minsk Group Co-Chair: Karabakh will Join the Negotiation Table

Russian Co-Chair of the Minsk Group Igor Popov declared that at a certain stage Karabakh will join to conclude peace agreement, РИА Новости.
"We noted many times that at a certain stage Karabakh will return to the negotiation table, as it participated previously. We believe that the conclusion of a framework agreement, preceding the transition to the preparation of a peace agreement, could be the starting point (for the participation of Karabakh in the negotiations),"- Popov noted to journalists.
