Eiffel Tower Will Be Lit Up in the US Flag Colours

According to the Paris City hall the Eiffel Tower will be lit up in the US flag colours on Monday night following the deaths of 50 people at a gay club in Orlando on Sunday, the Local reports.
The sign is to show solidarity with the victims of a terror attack elsewhere in the world.
On Monday morning, Paris councillors observed a minute of silence for the victims of the attack.
Previously President Francois Hollande reacted "with horror", expressing "the full support of France and the French people to the US authorities and the American people during this ordeal", as a statement from the Elysee Palace read .
