Aliyev Did Not Exclud Azerbaijan's Membership to the Eurasian Economic Union

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev noted that the possibility of Azerbaijan’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in the future can’t be excluded, APA reports.
On the occasion he noted:
"This issue has been discussed both by experts and elites of various countries for a long time. In principle, we feel confident with the current quality. We should observe further tendencies. If the alliance will be attractive, more will seek to join it. Thus, nothing can be excluded," said President Aliyev.
"Today, the format of our economic and political cooperation with the EAEU member states is strong enough. Motivation is needed to pursue the path of integration in economic, social, political and other directions. We are now working in this direction," he added.
