The Number of Marriages in Artsakh Increased in 2017

According to Civil Acts Registration Office and Notary Office of the Ministry of Justice of Artsak in 2017 961 marriages were registered in Artsakh as compared to 934 marriages of the year past, Artsakh Press reports.
In 2017 227 divorces were registered as compared to 168 divorces in the last year. The median age of divorce is 33. Women file for divorce more often.
In 2017 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Artsakh has registered 23 cases of foreign citizens' marriage permissions.
