If There Is No Kurdish Question, Why is Peace Process Still Continuing?

Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş criticized President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's  statement in which  he denied  the existence of a Kurdish problem in Turkey, Hurriyet reports.

Demirtaş called it  a "political maneuver" on the eve of upcoming general election in Turkey.

According to opposition Co-Chair,  Erdogan and his ruling AKP party are going to adopt a more nationalistic language in order to attract more votes for the parliamentary elections scheduled for June 7.

Commenting on Erdogan's denial of the existence of a Kurdish problem in Turkey, Selahattin Demirtaş particularly noted:  "If there is no Kurdish question, why is the peace process still continuing?" asked Demirtaş, speaking to reporters on March 16.
