Putin, Netanyahu Discuss the Palestinian-Israeli Conflict

Russian President Vladimir Putin has discussed the Palestinian-Israeli conflict with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, particularly the possibility of holding direct dialogue between the conflicting sides, the Kremlin informs.
According to the Kremlin press service, Putin and Netanyahu agreed it's important to maintain contacts at various levels.
"An exchange of opinions continues on the current situation in the Middle East region. The situation with regard to the Palestinian-Israeli settlement was touched upon, including the prospect of resuming direct dialogue between the parties", - Sputnik News Agency reports.
