Steinmeier: Europe's Security is Under Threat

Foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier said that Europe's security is under threat – especially given the Russian aggressive stance, Mega News reports.
He said that he stands "with many other European foreign Ministers for restarting arms control" as it is "a reliable means of transparency, risk avoidance and confidence building".
