ARF: These Elections will be a Step Forward in Comparison with 2010
At 3:15 p.m. International observers have not visited the Armenian Revolutionary Federation party headquarter in Artsakh, this was declared by ARF Artsakh headquarter in a talk with "Armedia" IAA.
The member of ARF, Deputy Vahram Balayan said that in general at this moment the elections are going on in a normal way. There are cases of some violations, which are being identified. He also mentioned that people in the city are always less active than in the regions.
He expressed hope that these elections will be a step forward in comparison with 2010. "Of course, this will be the case and it should be welcomed. This will ensure political progress," – Balayan mentioned.
The Deputy had private meetings with observers from Europe, Canada, Lebanon. The observers have not recorded any violations yet.
