Edward Sharmazanov. People of Artsakh Proved Being the Creators of Their Destiny
On May 4, the National Assembly delegation of the Republic of Armenia, that has been implementing observation mission in NKR Parliamentary elections for 3 days, had meetings with the president of NKR President and the members of political parties.
During the meeting members of the delegation certified that Nagorno-Karabakh Republic held open and transparent elections, which included all democratic standards, Artsakhpress reports.
The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Edward Sharmazanov highlighted the fact that during the election process nothing extraordinary happened.
“The people of Karabakh proved that they are the creators of their destiny and proved its right to live in a free and independent country”,- added Sharmazanov.
