US Observers Call Artsakh Parliamentary Elections Fair and Transparent
The University of California Election Observation and Technical Assistance Team issued a statement regarding May 3 NKR parliamentary elections in which the team acted as observers, asbarez.com reports. The statement says that the elections in Artsakh were fair and transparent consistent with international standards. It also adds that the Team has observed 16 polling stations in 9 regions of Artsakh, as well as the opening and closing processes of polling stations.
"The commitment of the voters and poll workers of Nagorno-Karabakh would rival any country," – Asbarez.com quotes Santa Cruz County Clerk Gail Pellerin’s words.
