Pentagon does not Intend to Cooperate with Russia on IS

Despite Russia's readiness to share information on the IS, the Pentagon does not intend to cooperate on Syria, unless the Russian government changes its position on Bashar al-Assad. This was stated by official representative of the US Department of Defense Michelle Baldansa, ridus.ru reports referring to Sputnik.
"The position of the Ministry of Defense has not changed. We do not intend to cooperate with Russia on Syria, as Moscow does not change its strategy in support of Assad and instead of it does not focus on the IS," - aif.ru quotes her words.
