Turkey May Support the Possible Operation of Iraq in Mosul
Turkey has expressed willingness to support the possible operation of Iraq to take Mosul back from the Islamic State, the Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu declared. However, he also added that Turkey will avoid direct combat and will only respond if Turkey is attacked, Hurriyet reports. "We possess both the potential and the might for that," – Davutoglu said.
According to the Prime Minister, for Turkey Atheel al-Nujaif is the legitimate elected governor of Mosul and Turkey will be on the side of those groups that are supported by people.
