Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan made an congratulatory address on the International Worker's day, Artsakhpress reports.
Below is the full text of his statement:
On behalf of the Artsakh Republic authorities and myself personally I cordially congratulate you on the May 1 International Workers' Day.
Special attitude towards labor has accompanied our people over the course of history and helped withstand strokes of destiny fate, surmount difficulties and challenges. Due to honest and painstaking work the Armenians both in the Homeland and across the globe were able to establish their family hearth and culture, leaving an indelible trace in the history of world civilization.
Today the Artsakh people continue to build their native land through their own efforts, carve future for generations to come. Providing work to people, creating new workplaces are among the most significant issues of the state's socioeconomic agenda. Everyone ought to be able to take their rightful place in the Homeland and support their families through conscientious work.
Dear Artsakh people,
I once again congratulate all of you on this beautiful holiday and wish you peaceful and constructive labor!
