I want to tell a story from our heroism, I do not know how much funny it would be for you, but we laughed quite enough. Once the Azerbaijanis again attacked, their number was three-four times more than us. At the same time, they had three tanks and we did not have any anti-tank weapons. In our hands we had only machine guns and carbines.

In fact, if one of those tanks reached our positions, that would mean our end and the village behind us would remain unprotected (though we were also unprotected in front of that 45 tone tank).

At that time we were standing frozen, when one of our friends – Hovsep, who had fight with Monte in the same unit for several months, said: "Who has called this can? We even do not have an opener." At this, all of us started laughing and became more sober from laughter. I commanded not to shoot on the tank, instead to shoot the soldiers walking beside it. The guys started shooting, it is still a question whether any bullet touched them or not, but the Azerbaijani footmen retreated and the tank without the footmen did not dare to approach us.
