Raffi Hovhannisyan Tore the Ballot
The leader of "Heritage" party Raffi Hovhannisyan was in Nork Marash at the polling station No.157 to vote at the referendum on Constitutional changes.
After filling in the ballot form and putting it in the envelope, he tore it in two halves and threw it into the ballot box, saying, "In the name of the Republic of Armenia."
In a talk with journalists he said that this was a manifestation of his refusal.
