RA FM: Vienna and St. Petersburg Meetings on Karabakh Conflict Prove the Effectiveness Armenian Diplomatcy

The results of the Vienna and Saint Petersburg meetings on Karabakh conflict prove the effectiveness of the work Armenia’s diplomats. This was declared by the RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian during the discussion of the 2016 State Budget performance report.
According to Nalbandian, the decisions made in Vienna and Saint Petersburg were in harmony with everything the President of Armenia was saying before their start.
"This is the work of our diplomats," noted the Armenian FM. "We, and not Aliyev or the Azerbaijani leadership, have said this. Armenia and Artsakh say this. The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs say this.
He said that during Vienna and St. Petersburg meetings the importance of extending Kasprzyk’s office, as well as establishing investigative mechanisms on the borders was stressed.
