Ashot Ghulyan: These Elections Can Contribute to Strengthening Democracy in Artsakh
The NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan with his wife particpated in the elections, Artsakhpress reports. In a talk with journalists he mentioned that he has a lot of expectations from these elections and he has voted for the future of Democratic Artsakh.
"The most important thing for our country besides peace, is democracy. Democratic future should be the basis for strengthening of our country. These elections can contribute to it," – Ghulyan mentioned. According to him the level of these elections and the election campaign is much higher than the previous ones.
