Abbas and Netanyahu May Meet in Moscow

Contacts have recently been established regarding a possible meeting in Moscow between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, Ynet reports.
The meeting is supposed to take place around October.
The development comes just one week after Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi announced Russia’s willingness to host direct talks between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
According to both Israeli and Palestinian officials, the Palestinian Authority chairman has expressed his willingness to attend talks.
At the same time, Israeli officials say "Netanyahu is ready to hold direct negotiations with Mahmoud Abbas at any time".
